Just wanted to say thank you so much for the recipes..I have a ton of great ones to choose from. Thank you also for everyone who is helping me update my blogroll. Now I just need to do that this weekend.
I'm meeting my friend to do a little shoe shopping tomorrow while I drop Neela off at the doggie groomer. Ahh, the sweet rows of sandals and slides that await us. I'm drooling at the thought! But when we were making plans my friend whom I work with told me a funny story. I've known this man to do this before - but the thought of him doing this never gets old I swear! My friend is an anesthetist like me and was doing the anesthesia for an egg retrieval down in the IVF lab today at work. Our one favorite anesthesiologist was having the woman sign her anesthesia consent form and grabbed a magazine to balance the form on. When my friend took the signed consent away she glanced down and realized this poor patient signed the form while balancing on the latest copy of Playboy, LOL! Yes her husband who was sitting nearby just look like he was ready to crawl up and die of embarassement. Ah rhe things and people I miss about my job!

I guess that magazine wandered away from that special little room? :) Time for them to realize that there's no privacy in the world of IF treatment! (Been there!)
HA! That magazine may be what 'helps' her to have a baby! Her husband was probably thankful for it when he was in that little room all alone. LOL You lose all modesty in infertility. :)
Sara,
I have not laughed that hard all week. That's hilarious:)
What a great clinic story, I'm glad it didn't have "body fluids" stuck to the cover. Thank you for the funny.
Bwah. Poor guy. :)
I may have just peed my pants a little bit laughing so hard at that one.....
Playboy.. that's too funny!
ICLW
Funny. My first thought was where the heck did a playboy come from but then I read other comments and realized "oh, the room." Hope it was maybe good luck for her.
Well if the procedure is successful at least its a funny story to share! Poor guy.
Okay, that is a great story. It absolutely made my morning.
Uh oh, I hope that isn't a sign of their future daughter they may have. LOL!
