This is Meredith posting for Sara as I get text messages from her. Latest news: the cerclage came out at 4am this morning. She is 3 cm dilated and EXCITED!!

Oh my, it just gives me goosebumps! I am truly excited and so happy for you both! It's been a very long road, and you both have done an awesome job of being strong and healthy!!
